Queens Park Rangers 2-3 Manchester City Goal Highlights: Manchester City maintained there five points lead at the top of the table after an entertaining 2-3 win against QPR at Loftus road.
Jay Bothroyd who came into the team in place of the injured Adel Taarabt scored in the 28th minute against the run of play to give QPR the lead. Manchester City leveled just before the break through Edin Dzeko.
Shortly after the break Spaniard David Silva showed his magic showing brilliant ball control and slotted past Patrick Kenny to give City the lead. But QPR were not ready to give it up without a fight and leveled the match when Helguson netted after a penalty box scrap.
Minutes later Mancini's men came up with the perfect response as Kolarov's cross found Ivorian Yaya Toure who calmly finished to put City 2-3 up heading into the final 15 minutes of the game. City were under pressure for most of the last minutes as QPR piled on the pressure in search of an equalizer but City survived to remain five points clear at the top of the table.
